The City Council convenes on the First Thursday each Month (unless otherwise posted) 7:30 pm at the City Hall. Chamber doors will open 1/2 hour before the meeting.

The St. Hedwig Planning and Zoning Commission meets on a quarterly basis unless otherwise required and posted, at 13065 FM 1346 in the St. Hedwig City Hall Building.
The Commission is made up of 5 Commissioners and up to 2 Alternates. All Commissioners and Alternates are St. Hedwig residents that have volunteered for the position and are appointed to the Commission by City Council. On August 7, 2014 the St. Hedwig City Council approved and adopted the new St. Hedwig Zoning Map. This map went into effect immediately and will be used for all zoning within the St. Hedwig City Limits.

Board of Adjustments
The Board of Adjustments convenes on an "as needed" basis at the St. Hedwig City Hall to hear variance requests to the Saint Hedwig Zoning Ordinance.
Please be aware the BOA process from start to finish can and may take up to 60 days.
The Board of Adjustment Hearing Fee is a non-refundable fee of $75.00 due when you turn in your application. Per the Texas Local Government code all residents within 200 feet of the front, side, and rear property lines of the affected property will be notified of the request for variance to allow them the opportunity to attend the public hearing. Agendas will be posted no later than 72 hours prior to the meeting.
